My name is Sim Kalsi, and I'm the owner at RSK Automotive Inclusion. I've been operating the last seven years. I started working on cars when I was about 11 years old. My dad was the one that actually taught me almost everything that I know. It's always just been something that inspired me to keep moving. It's just a passion that I could never let go of.

We're a one-stop shop. You can come to us from everything from general maintenance, and your general maintenance includes brakes, tires, suspensions, diagnostic specs. We're also a full-service custom auto body and paint shop. We're a fully staffed facility with six different dedicated technicians. It doesn't matter if you want to come in from a point A to a point B inspection.

Our technicians can handle it all. I work at RSK Auto as an automotive technician. It makes me feel good when I deal with a customer. If they have a difficulty with their car, when their problem is solved, and they're happy, that means a lot to me. I'm a certified automotive technician. I do work from oil chain brakes to diagnosing any electrical problem.

Hamilton is my home, right? So I like to be working with my community and like to be helping them out. I've had very bad experiences before at mechanics, and there's an honesty here that you don't find anywhere else. Mechanics bring you in and shake your hand and show you what's wrong with the vehicle as opposed to just giving you a list of things that could be wrong.

My experience at RSK has been awesome. The staff is super friendly. They're very knowledgeable. They accommodate my hectic schedule. So as long as they have that, I'll keep coming back. I'm a community shop. I want people to understand that Hamilton is a place where I chose to grow my business and master my craft. The crew that we built here, the culture that we've established, is not something you can take away from the city. It's a part of Hamilton now. Our brand is a brand built by Hamilton.
