About this project

We had the pleasure of partnering with the City of Hamilton to craft a video that encapsulates the vision and potential of the West Harbour’s future, utilizing a dynamic blend of drone visuals, architectural renders and 3D animation. This project was designed to captivate the development community, sparking interest and inviting proposals for the waterfront’s transformation.

Guided by the Setting Sail Secondary Plan and the West Harbour Recreation Master Plan, the City of Hamilton’s strategic redevelopment focuses on enhancing cultural, residential, commercial, and recreational uses. It aims to provide a greater range of attractions year-round, thereby bringing economic opportunity through new construction, employment, tourism, and cultural and commercial development.

With a $140 million investment, this redevelopment project is set to transform the West Harbour into a vibrant, mixed-use community. It will become a transit-supportive and pedestrian-friendly area, redefining Hamilton’s waterfront as a jewel of the city. We are honored to contribute to visualizing this transformative vision for the City of Hamilton, helping to pave the way for a future filled with community engagement and waterfront enjoyment.

This $140 million redevelopment project creates more usable waterfront space, featuring a wide boardwalk that will wrap all sides of the pier, and create the perfect vantage point for unparalleled views of our beautiful harbour.
